Abstract art uses a visual language of shape, form, color and line to create a composition which may exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world. – Rudolph Arnheim, Visual Thinking
This style of art is my first passion. I love abstracts for the lack of specific, real-world forms, and the emphasis on color, form, motion, and basic emotional triggers. Abstract art does not force any specific perception on the audience. Instead, it allows each person to see something a little different, depending on their own life experiences, current mood, and so on.
This is only a small sample of my work. I also post work in my blog section. For a larger collection of my abstract art, you can visit my Abstract Album on Flickr. If you wish, you can also browse my Collection of Abstract Art for Sale on Pixels|FineArtAmerica.
